GraneR, una reducida comunidad de espacios en alquiler en plantas bajas con jardín en el centro de Barcelona.
Es la alternativa idónea al modo y estilo de vida actual en el que resulta difícil encontrar lugares distintivos,
fuera de los circuitos habituales.

GraneR son espacios en alquiler para vivir, trabajar y estar. Originales, atrevidos, cosmopolitas, urbanos, sociales, humanos,
cómodos, frescos, libres y, sobretodo, no convencionales.

La comunidad dispone de espacios multidisciplinares: plantas bajas de amplios volúmenes con gran luminosidad,
confortabilidad, insonorización y con jardines y patios.

Otra ventaja que ofrece el GraneR es su céntrica ubicación. Situado al lado de la Plaça de les
Glòries, el Auditori y el Teatre Nacional, es el punto de encuentro ideal, con múltiples facilidades de
acceso (transporte público, carril bici y parkings). Supermercados, instalaciones culturales, videoclubs, hospitales,
farmacias, bares de copas, centros deportivos, pequeños comercios, parques y jardines son algunos de los lugares de
interés que rodean la comunidad. Se encuentra, también, muy cerca de la Plaza Catalunya (centro de la ciudad),

<h1>AÑOS ANTES...</h1>
Fort Pienc, donde actualmente se encuentra el GraneR, es el barrio de las fortificaciones. Felip V, al establecer la
construcción de las fortificaciones que vigilaran la ciudad, construyó la Ciutadella y un fuerte avanzado,
cerca de dónde está la Estació del Nord, cerca del camino que salía del Portal Nou: el Fort Pius.
Su existencia pasó sin pena ni gloria y en 1869 se derribó junto con la Ciutadella vecina.

El espacio que actualmente ocupa GraneR fue en el pasado un auténtico almacén de grano en el que se
vendía todo tipo de semillas de distintas variedades y que suministraba materia prima a la ciudad.

<h1>What is GraneR?</h1>
GraneR is a small community of ground floor spaces with gardens in the centre of
Barcelona. It is the ideal option for modern living - offering a different alternative in a city
where finding a distinctive style is not always easy.

GraneR offers live-work space to rent. Original, creative, cosmopolitan, convivial,
comfortable, unrestrained and, above all, unconventional.

Another of the advantages of GraneR is its location in the city centre. Situated beside the
Plaça de les Glòries, the Auditorium and the National Theatre, it is an ideal meeting place
with plenty of transport facilities (public transport, bicycle lanes and car parks).
Supermarkets, cultural facilities, video clubs, hospitals, pharmacies, clubs, sports centres,
shops, parks and gardens are some of the places which surround the community. It is
also very near the Plaça de Catalunya (the city centre), the Gothic quarter (historical
centre) the Raval and Born areas.

<h1>Years ago...</h1>
Fort Pienc, the neighbourhood where GraneR is to be found was a fortified area that
Philip V founded to watch over the city, erecting the Citadel and fort, near where the
Estació del Nord is now situated and next to the Portal Nou (the New Gate): Fort Pius.
The Citadel and fortifications were demolished in 1869.

The space that GranR offers was a former granary where all types of grain were sold
and supplied to the city.
